“I help people discover their body’s innate capacity to heal. My passion—and mission—is to help people feel more embodied, vital, and whole.”

Meg uses acupuncture, bodywork, and East Asian herbal medicine to help people suffering from pain and stress. Acupuncture is a relational medicine. Together, Meg and her patients explore the root causes of disease—unraveling physical and emotional trauma and discovering how to untie the knots of pain, distress, and imbalance that commonly arise from a modern lifestyle and chronic disease.

Meg’s unique style blends East Asian acupuncture and herbs with craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, sound healing, trauma and stress reduction, and emotional healing. Every needle and each touch holds the possibility of healing.

Meg’s ideal patient is anyone seeking more comfort, ease, and joy in their life and body.

In addition to being a member of the Goose Hollow Healing Collective, Meg practices acupuncture at IEP (Immune Enhancement Project), where she sees patients being treated for cancer, MS, Parkinson’s, and chronic pain. In her free time, Meg loves hiking trails with her dog Benny, reading, and playing with her family at the beach
